TDN Constructors was started in 1993 by Tim Nemeth when he moved to British Columbia from Alberta. TDN’s humble roots started with Tim taking a hands-on approach to every project, welding many of the pipelines himself.
As TDN became known as a leader in the Penstock & AWWA Municipal Water Pipeline industry Tim had to expand. Many highly skilled personnel have come through the TDN doors over the years, some remain with the company today.
In the early 2000s TDN expanded yet again from their small home office in Chilliwack to their first shop and office facility. The change was huge for TDN, no more having to clean the dining room table off at supper time to feed the kids. TDN was able to continue to grow and take on larger and more complex projects.
The final large expansion for TDN was in 2014 adding Fire Suppression Systems to their list of services offered. Tim added key members to TDN at that time and the Fire Suppression Division and services continue to run strong to this day.
TDN offers a diverse and skillful workforce including welders, pipefitters, carpenters, sandblasters, painters and skilled labourers.
TDNs employees have current and up to date safety training, including but not limited to TDG, WHMIS, First Aid Level 1, and Confined Space Entry. TDN is committed to employee safety and passionately believes safety must be at the forefront on every project.
